    IMO Mr Bart has been sourced by the board to join WBT due to his experience in raising capital ! My research would suggest that we are two years and approximately 50 million dollars from commercial production of a product to market ! Hence bring in Fred to help fund it ! IMO I believe AKP will get there eventually just like EOS has with its technology! Both Fred Bart companies ! Dyor gltah
