I think Market is just waiting for confirmation of the next order. Some getting the cart before the horse, promise of income and actually seeing the contracts signed - it is not real till its real.

Pardner- I have been trading here a few years as well , starting buying at around 1.20, sold at just over $2 as it was in response to a hype article that had a series of people going silly for a few weeks, and brought back in when it went back down, no plans to sell anytime soon as I believe it is headed to great heights, but share price I dont think will move much either way till we see more positive announcements being in writing rather than hinted at.

So in essence my stock is near free carried anyway, so I can be patient, but from the indications a few months ago I would expect to hear about 2 more defense contracts this quarter, then we will see movement or another big announcement re the space area.
