buy on the lows so yes .. this share is very elastic .. may go down to 60 cents as the Spanish continue to over regulate themselves but the economics will drive the decision .. on the assumption that the HFR management have their act together on meeting the environmental concerns as opposed to giving lip service to the concerns .. do we trust the management? I think so
