Yes, the "Director" post is a very good example. The poster clearly avoided sanction for posting fake news simply by dressing up the post as a question.. I don't blame HC. It is a clever ploy and had me fooled the first time round. This seems to have served a purpose. Most people who have gone through this little episode will probably subject posts to more scrutiny. I know I will, even though I thought I was doing it before. All in my opinion!
