If you stand at the headframe looking at the mine then go left sort of around the back turning right you can see where Mott Ryan( who held some sort of record at the time for decline constuction) started on the decline.
Unfortunately he just did it off his own bat with no plan or permitting in place.
Obviously it didnt go far.
Thats the only one I know of, perhaps aurifice has more info.
