At the AGM it was mentioned they would be interested in a strategic alliance with a larger company. But personally I think they have already carved out a foot hold and laid the groundwork for some expansion, with the GDOT, CDOT and Texas.
If they had been doing one off private sales for specific projects as some posters think would be easier, they woudn't have developed relationships with DOTs and precasters which will result in recurrent revenue and the credibility that will come from acceptance by the DOT's.
As long as they keep moving forward with the DOTs they will get there.
