Clearly ‘sales’ are a method of selling something. Some things like a new release iPhone will never be on sale until it becomes older, some things are always on sale with rrp that is ludicrous. It’s all about the psychology and I think with luxury sofas, the name isn’t necessarily the selling point, but more a consumers perception of getting a good deal.
‘Sales’ also get people in the door to buy other products. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to pricing products like this but I trust Anthony Scali knows what he’s doing and how he’s doing it to maximises profits and grow the business sensibly.
