    The Company is targeting a raise of up to $10 million under the SPP and reserves the right to accept additional applications under the SPP

    IMO, if it was oversubscribed, I'd imagine given the trial activity planned they would
    accommodate oversubs....I can't see them knocking any funds back......
    Might well be undersubscribed too don't forget...
