Fair call - could be some doubts about the election outcome - guess we wait till next Tuesday to see how it all plays out!
Still doesn't explain the price fluctuations entirely - I suppose the market wants something to hang it's hat on, that being the mining license approval in this case.

I guess there are still a few question marks over the project for the market to look that far forward at this stage - then again, not for those of us who are true believers!
