I'm sorry if I ruffled any sensitive feathers: this wasnt an attack on you. My comment on 'mob' was, as you very well know, used metaphorically to make it clear that fraud has a very specific meaning.
It was a statement of fact: no fraud has been found. That said, SGH have a claim in place now so we'll see how that progresses and my opinion is worthless to the judge who will make that decision (if it ever goes that far).
Yes it is a very high standard (unfortunately): but it is what it is. If we want to play in the market (especially in penny stocks), then we do so at our own risk based on publicly available information. It's a badly regulated casino and nothing more.
