The big name doctor had a 1 year one that was thrown through the press and I think she took MVF to court over it and in the end she had 12month where she could not practice in Sydney or Melbourne or something like that but could practice in more regional areas - google it.
MVF won't be able to enforce an iron tight non-compete clause. They never work very well I've gotten out of them before....
