Although I agree with most of what you say Hoyland, there is no restriction that I know of (by Nant), enforcing where the money from their CR was to be spent. Benitec have made this trial a priority, not Nant, as it is the first in line for the clinic. The money was slated for this trial and for working capital. They have always said, albeit in a roundabout way, that the next round of funds are most likely coming from dilution.
I am still waiting for a CR that encourages participation from the public, and offers the long suffering private shareholders something. It's been a long time since we've been given a chance to do this. There's been a shed load of options granted over the past few years but zilch for Jo Public.
