    I believe cobalt price could fetch 2008 record level, but there’re obviously too optimistic assumptions in your calculations. E.g. PLS, if using spot price, annual profit after tax could be around $400m, but EV/Future annual net profit after tax, is just around Four times, PLS is also fully funded.
