I agree. Under promise and over deliver. But when the past has been missed deadline after missed deadline then clearly they have over promised.
My idea of a good strategy is if it’s going to take 3 weeks then say 5 weeks. If it comes early then you catch the market off guard and you reward the current loyal holders.
If it’s delayed then you have time up your sleeve
