I was horrified when my daughters industry balance went down when she was a Uni for the year ,a closer look revealed that she was being charged insurance when we contacted the fund they said you should have opted out of the insurance(this was news to us) I said she could not claim because she was not working so she should be refunded this was brushed aside so we had to go online and find the opt out.
