Not sure what a $700m value has to do with whether there’s a stag, when the thing does 25%+ dividends at current manganese prices.
Would you buy Apple for $30 billion in an ipo, or would you say it’s not a speccie $20m stock so can’t stag. It’s now $700 billion.
