Who knows suppose we will see...many years ago was there auction type scenario for rents?
I only came on here because the bs posted about a 1percent rise causing massive issues for many....most people l assume allow 2 to 3 points higher before making decisions on investing etc
Always allow more...most self employed people get slugged 6 percent yet people who work for others pay 4 percent as they are less of a risk that is until boss decides robots can replace you lol
