Good point Steini, but decent brokers dont touch penny stocks or should I say they dont let their clients money get controlled easily by outside forces (day traders) with limited money... A 1 for 10 split would make stock 23 cents and reduce share supply... At 23 cents the day trader risk/take over is much higher with less impact and they must spend more... Really good companies with good earnings dont have 3 billion shares, its a very basic rule.
The management of the company will be well aware of this and should be put under pressure to reduce the amount of shares .
