Yes you can switch them off at the current link > https://hotcopper.com.au/account/set-notifications/ which will leave you bell less.
But if you were to view a post of yours, you can still see if it had been thumbed.
I don’t think there is a way to not show thumbs / GA or replied too quotes in posts for individuals.
