This is the same outfit who have been dumping shares in CLA earlier this year. As such, Hartleys' predictions of the future share price should be taken with a grain of salt (or 'grain' of cobalt).
The announcement by CLA shows that its sitting on one of the largest, high quality cobalt deposits in the world.
Investors will be lining up soon to invest in the company- most likely after the Scoping Study is released. Already we are being advised that initially the mine will be an open pit operation- a very cheap way to mine. My prediction is that the SP should be around 60c by September this year, after the Scoping Study is released (and I'm hoping that this prediction is way wrong). By then we could be seeing potential suitors lining up, offering to take over the project.
