Given no dividends have been paid out and something like two years have passed since the original Chinese offer of around the same amount, I hope this offer gets refused.
Otherwise shareholders have ridden out two years of risk and the time cost of money of those two years, to sell out in an improving oil market cycle to the benefit of Harbour.....
