AGC's take on Liddell would be quite different if we had taken the Trump stance and pulled out.
My solar panels got a 50% capital subsidy from the Commonwealth and receive an ongoing 30% operational subsidy from the state govt.
By clever use of my power demand, my power bill is now 20% what it used to be, but I realise some poor bastard is paying for this.
Oh well, at least I'm contributing .000001% to reduce the perceived worlds global warming!
And Australia continues to export record coal supplies to the rest of the world.
Crazy.
