credit pharma miss

The Credit Pharma diclofenac transaction was announced on the same day in September 2017 as the $4.7M capital raising.At the time I thought this deal would materialize.
It was therefore quite a shock to find that this Voveran gel look alike arrangement did not proceed.
I have recently confirmed with POH[not RM]that there were regulatory issues in China surrounding the product that did not suit Credit Pharma and hence no deal was progressed.
I take from this that the ability of POH management to get a deal over the line was never an issue.
