watso bought 8oo grams of smoked cod yesterday - about half he cooked in the sun yesterday, but today is cloudy - so thought he would try the thermos.

using the 750ml thermos, watso put in the fish, and filled with boiling water - after 30 minutes - checked the fish, then drained the water and brought the water back to the boil - waited another 30 minutes - now cooked.
the fish that watso cooked in the sun yesterday, was a bit salty, so watco first soaked this lot of fish for a few hours in water - and no doubt the cooking process in the thermos also leached out more of the salt .
anyway, presently cooking some pasta in the thermos - so dinner will probably be pasta/fish/boiled eggs - with some spicy indian food from a sachet - and probably toss in some tomato sauce
