    It seems that McNally is falling short of is predecessors uncanny ability to maintain high levels of growth. Ramsay enjoyed a fantastic run under Rex. Whilst there have been some issues with Europe, UK and Brexit I would have expected some better leadership, performance and vision for the future. I hope we are yet to see some of these attributes from McNally in forthcoming years.
