Capital Raise

Biotechnology stock Noxopharm is seeking to raise $6.5 million via an institutional placement.
The shares are being offered at 90¢ each, representing a 10 per cent discount to the last close and a 30.1 per cent discount to the 15-day volume weighted average price, according to a term sheet sent to fund managers.
Brokers Bell Potter Securities and APP Securities are calling for bids to be submitted by 4pm on Thursday.​
