BNC 375, page-2

BNC 375 was a collaboration project with Merck.

BNC 210 is still wholly owned by Bionomics (except for a small(?) royalty owed to Ironwood from when the compound was returned to the company).

Bionomics had (I think) previously licensed it to Ironwood but got to bring it back "in-house" when Ironwood had some financial issues or perhaps it was a change of focus.

Not sure of all the details.

Anyway, the royalty owed to Ironwood is only small single digit I think - so should not detract from material potential value to Bionomics from BNC 210 if clinical results live up to our hopes.

Perhaps an issue to get clarity on from the company?
