I never said it was fraud, but it is the same metric you are applying to tether to declare it to be fraud.
I'm not a fan of tether either, mostly because it is too much like fiat.
I don't invest in crypto, but I plan to use crypto (Bitcoin Cash), the way to make money from crypto is to build tools and applications which enable the use of it.
Nobody ever made money by simply spending a lot of time on the internet, but plenty of people have made money by supplying services or goods via the internet.
