    No because that would be hella illegal under Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act. I really don't think that the OZ directors would be prepared to face jail terms just to try to shave a few dollars off the takeover price.

    If I worked for you, I would not risk jail just to save you, my employer a couple of bucks.
