    Theres a lot more transparency in sell and buy side and at this point it cant just float between 15.5 and 16 cents

    either someone has to dump some shares or someone has to want to pay 16.5 which will tell a tale

    it could touch 16.75 which is at this point borderline the offer price and why would someone want to pay that close to the offer???
