Correct me if I am wrong but I don't understand why would CLA try to JV or even attempt takeover of CAZ when there is so much unexplored on the CLA tenements currently. If there was to be a takeover of CAZ or JV, it would be many years down the track in my opinion.
In my opinion CAZ management is pushing the "nearology" opportunistic play - of course they may have the goods - but are a long time away from it as they "currently are doing the review of existing data, reconnaissance work and surface sampling" and will need to raise substantially to get some sort of drill expedition to start. Just like a lot of listed cobalt hunters on the ASX riding the wave, in my opinion.
The key question is how serious is CAZ management in trying to quickly bring this to the market.
Another thing for me is Gecko Namibia and in particular Pine Van Wyk chose not to go with CAZ current tenements instead focusing on west direction from Celsius for Namibia Rare Earth (TSX:NRE) company.
Nevertheless with this being said it will be interesting to keep watch on how and what they develop across the border so to speak.
Correct me if I am wrong but I don't understand why would CLA...
