    It is almost as if they thought, 'oh we don't have enough money to hire those guys in the USA? Maybe we should ask mum and dad if we can have some more pocket money!'

    This beggars belief after raising last year at $2. Two cap raisings within 12 months is a joke quite frankly and the management should fess up about that point.

    This is very disappointing to say the least.
