    Talking about the potential of PGO is too late, even when it is so close to the production (anticipated this quarter before end of March).
    It will fall to Chinese Hanking's hand regardless if the initial 50% can be reached by the end of Offer date.
    It will be very closed to 50% if not getting there, and Hanking WILL lift the offer when they have to.
