@jackfisher1 take a look at NSL. Their management is not great and the company has a poor record but looks like they are dirt cheap and finally getting their act together. Made the transition to become a producer not long ago. The strategy is mining and beneficiating low grade iron ore in india to sell to local steel mills as high grade product. Currently they have mines and a small plant which they are looking to upgrade substantially over coming years. Things are small and india is corrupt and workers need training but it is happening. Slowly, but also very low cost. To make things more interesting they are also hoping to build a pellet plant and a steel mill of their own in a JV with a chinese company.
