Oh yeah I mean I would prefer to be trading (maybe not on days like today haha) but they have shed more light in this announcement saying they are in the process of getting the respective approval to name the other company.
I generally steer clear of many tech plays but CIO management seem to have been relatively conservative in their announcements to date. I think them saying they are obtaining that approval means its gonna come... I think... I hope... haha.
Be interesting to sit back and think what would happen if the other company said no. Whats the ASX gonna make them do? Retract announced contracts that still exist because they cant name the other party?
