The Ausmin acquisition is known now and it seems its already factored into the price. The price for the 187M shares is irrelevant.
Those shares will be worth whatever the market price is, just like any other share holder. I don't see the SP going down due to the Ausmin deal, of course something else could go wrong but like always lower risk = lower reward....

RNU management has a lot of experience and I think we have the right people when it comes to coming up with an offtake and finance that will push the company forward. With graphite supply tightening up the timing for RNU is great....
