I'll be honest, I can't believe how easy they have achieved the 50%. Previous acquisitions I have been involved in the shareholders put up a big fight when the offer is well under fair value.

Really, those who have sold out have put up no fight. Of course companies like Hanking will walk all over you if you don't stand up for yourself.

If people didn't sell out the benefit of an upgraded offer would have been worth the wait. Bidder companies never put up ther best offer first, but with this one the first minor offer was enough it seems.

The independant report stated 8-10c was fair.

I have been investing for decades and I have heard all the "what if''s" in these circumstances and they are normally way off the mark.

Hanking wants to make money like the rest of us and there is ample legislation to prevent them from destroying the company once they have control.

My view is Hanking will go to production or on sell the company for 2-3 times the purchase price minimum.

All I sincerely hope is those small investors who sold out to this unfair offer find another investment to make their money back or gain a profit. Good luck.
