and the best part is that even with the big increase in the SOI, we can rest assured that not even of those new shares are going to hit the sell side any time soon... these big players are not going to line up their shares on the sell side after acquiring these after such a long negotiation...
so all the overhang of a billion shares that was expected is suddenly gone and a realistic figure is now upon us with the assurance that they are not going to do a dump...
WIN WIN by a long margin imo...
