    Two major red flags, as far as I'm conerned. First, Mr Scali is now saying he has ambitions for the company to be "bigger". When a manager wants the empire to be bigger, rather than to be stronger, that usually comes at a cost to the owners. Second, he is talking about achieving this via OS expansion.

    Well that's two nasties, all rolled into one, as far as I'm concerned.
