The reason I say 50% is because as a majority shareholder they can deselect the board when they arę up for re-election. Lets be clear here they want they company because IT is a good one. Which Has massive cash flow. They have no interest in taking over to decimate Share price. What they want is Control. Then they decide the future of the company. Which I believe they will have as dividends. And no investments in new deposits etc. They could also force a de-listing. Just because you have a majority shareholder doesn't mean the end. IT means their interests come first. And that might or might not suit other shareholders. 6% of Stock traded today on big volume. Lets see what happens next few data. They probably have 38/39% now. Its disapointing to say the least. This late in the process, but I AM going to see it out. Next quarterly will show how much a cash cow Finders is!
