Dotz Nano Limited (ASX: DTZ) (“Dotz Nano” or the “Company”), an advanced material technology company focusing on the development, manufacture and commercialisation of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and of advanced Carbon Dots (CDs) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Volker Mirgel, an experienced industry professional as Non-Executive Chairman to the Board of the Company, replacing interim Chairman, Mr. Ashley Krongold. Mr Krongold will remain as a Non-Executive Director.
Dr Volker Mirgel is a former Bayer Senior Vice President and member of Bayer’s Global Leadership Team. Dr Mirgel was born in Cologne, Germany. He is a citizen of Germany and the United States of America and after receiving his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cologne, joined the German chemical and pharmaceutical company Bayer AG. During his 34-year career with Bayer he served in multiple technical, marketing and general management functions, in Europe, Asia Pacific and the United States.
In 2013 he retired from Bayer as serves as an independent consultant for executive clients in the chemical and advanced materials industry.
interesting changes lately with cisco and bayer related people, at least this guy has experience in the advanced materials space & held a high position at bayer by the looks, might sort moti out lol. so instos buying, good board changes and fred bart joining the register is it about to turnaround? this company confuses me! lol, probably another cap raise coming knowing my luck.
