They screwed around mining taking fat paychecks. When it came to home time they messed up something minor that they won't get arrested for, hire a friends company or a company they have an interest in to be their legal reps. Drag it out until the judge has enough and take more money and pay their mates while taking a cut. Then once this blows over delist and close up shop.
