At a quick glance Vanguards 5% holding was bought in around $5 per share on average over the past 4 months. Ouch!! You can just wonder what must be going through their minds, Vanguard is a massive international player. That kind of clout could lead to a very substantial class action proceeding one would think. Pre-market open so far looks like a bloodbath going to be unleashed today, I think we are in the 2nd phase ( leg) of the decline, will eventually need a 3rd final wave before hitting rock bottom. Chairwoman should immediately resign on principle, other Board members then fired when a new or acting Chair is appointed. No exit fees, no bonus payouts for anyone, cancellation of any performance share rights for anyone involved in this disaster, and the regulators need to apply appropriate ( massive) financial penalties on all the main perpretators including those complicit in any way. I sold out ( at a loss) and will join any class action
