50% equity holdings by PAG should had been a full takeover but Ais decided to reduced its debt, to buy copper hedging and to concentrate on exploration rather than to recieve cash.
DGJ equity holdings are the same but its voting power is reduced by half. This is clearly showed our shares shoul double in value to at least 20c but the share price doesn't reflect that. why?
is it because the cu correction? or people are trying to shoot this dog down.
The M&A wave is comming as OZL has just bought Avanco. Is it a bad decision or it just reflects global growth based on cu price.
