The ONLY way to "learn 'em" is for EVERYONE to warn them,
once, that they WILL be put on ignore. Soon learn to put codes in EVERY post.
Same for new posters, a quick update on using codes, will keep them informed.
A polite reminder, in pre-open, hasn't been, isn't and won't be working.
