I'm not a MIN share holder, but I can see a great benefit with a JV between AGO and MIN.
MIN are obviously looking for good Lithium tenements which AGO have, and also access to their Port allocations. AGO have been looking at better ore transportation, MIN have been talking about BOSS which would suit AGO just fine. AGO have over 1 Billion tonnes of iron ore and Gold and Copper tenements. AGO has more cash than debt, and they are diversifying into Lithium.
Lets hope that Cliff and Chris can work something out, I look forward to the future together as both companies work together that will be to the benefit of both companies and shareholders.
