If you email the company with your Name, address, HIN and Purpose, they should be able to provide you a copy of the registry. The company is able to generate a report from the registry directly, atleast that was the case when I requested one from another company.
I actually emailed the company and the registry. The registry forwarded the email to the company and said that I would need to pay $150. The company replied to me requesting for my details (including purpose to obtain the T20), and said he would send it to me directly to avoid fees.
