The Churchill Centre North component of this project comprises Costco store, as well as a sub-regional shopping center, consisting of over 5,500 square meters Coles supermarket, an over 5,400 square meters Kmart discount department store, several other mini-major retailers and approximately 55 specialty shops. Its owns interest in Churchill Centre South, which comprises over 2,000 square meters of mixed use retail, as well as approximately 2,000 square meters pad site.More
