    Bear in mind the two major factions own a quarter of the shares so either could block a hostile takeover. But market cap is just $32m, so it's small enough to be attractive. And I have no idea whether some of the IP is registered to any individuals or to the company. If any of it was registered to Peter Delaney, then it's game over.
