I plan on voting on this, but I am currently AWOL. How long have we got to vote on this?
I will be voting yes to 1 2 and 3
No to 4 and 5 (I think the issue of the shares and performance rights is excessive)
No to 6
Yes to 7 to 10 (I think the incentive is reasonable, but should have an exercise price)
Yes to 11 (a reasonable aggregate increase)
No to 12
Yes to 13 (at least they have exercise prices!)
Still have a lot of confidence in this company, but man they are milking it hard!
